It's a beautiful, clean, and well planned out ball park. Love watching games here.
Great place to check out a baseball game with plenty of food options that change from stand to stand in the park as well as a area for the kids to burn off some energy
What a awesome place to watch baseball. Clean and comfortable. Lots of food and drink options. Kids can play on the playground if they get bored.
An amazing, almost MLB like feel in the lovely Basecamp of Wausau. Great staff and amenities.
I had received tickets through work for a free family day. While my 4 year old lost interest in the game, she loved the playground. The stadium itself is impressive and it was fun to have something different to do in Wausau. My husband and I had a great time.
The dugout seats are amazing! Literally the chairs are the most comfortable I've experienced at a game. They swivel and aren't hard plastic. I noticed not all chairs/seats are like this, but for those with back problems etc, these are the seats to get.
Not so kid friendly.... Really heartbreaking and disappointing to tell my children and their friends from out of town that they can't even play catch or roll a foam baseball toy promotional item that was GIVEN to them at the game, in the grass next to the field while they waited bored out of their minds. Next time I will just stay home where at least my kids can play catch and play a have a little fun. Also was a lot of funto try to explain to my three-year-old why he could not go on the playground either. Just ended in a lot of tears and screaming and sadness and crying. Would not recommend for a fun family experience for all ages.
Was warm but overcast. Decided to walk home before it rains. Is a nice place for family. There is a playground and picnic area.
Very fun and enjoyable. If you enjoy baseball that is. Very good for the whole family. Can be kinda pricey, but otherwise not bad. May want to get their early if you want to find a parking spot.
Who builds a ball park with the stands facing into the evening sun?
Refreshments/foods are good. Workers are friendly and helpful.
I spent 7 innings mostly standing in the shadow of a wooden pillar with my cousin and wheelchaired husband.
We were with a very nice group and did brave the sun once in awhile to visit with them. Inside the gates is a big area with nice spots for different activities. Very open, clean and inviting. Woody the mascot made his rounds and autographed the hats we got at the entrance!
